↦  Asteroids are minor Planets,especially of the inner solar system.Larger Asteroids have also been called Planatoids.

          ⌚ As minor planets in the outer solar system were discovered they were typically found to have Volatile reach surfaces to similar comments.
 
          ⌛ There exist millions of asteroids, many thought to be the shattered remnants of Planetesimals.
                               

         ⌘ There are many types of Asteroids in outer space but the main Asteroids are:-
               1) C  - type
               2) M  -type
               3) S  - type

௮:- C - type Asteroids:- C Type ( carbonaceous ) asteroids are the most common variety, forming around 75% of known asteroids. They are distinguished by a very low albedo because their composition includes a large amount of carbon, in addition to rocks and minerals.

௫ M - type Asteroids:-  M - type of asteroids are partially known composition, they are moderately bright.some M- type of Asteroids made of  Nickel-Iron. M - type of spectra are flat to reddish and usually devoid of large features.

       👉 S- type Asteroids : S - type Asteroids are asteroids with a spectral type that is indicative of a sellicious mineralogical composition, hence the name approximately 17% of asteroids are of this type.making of the most valuable after C type asteroids.

What is space shuttle ?

⇏ The space shuttle is the world's first reusable spacecraft and the first spacecraft in the world which could carry large satellites both to and from orbit. The shuttle launches like a rocket, manoeuvres in Earth orbit like space crafts and lands like an aeroplane. Each of the three satellites orbiters now in operations:- Discovery, Atlantis and Endeavour is designed to fly at least 100 missions. So far, all together they have flown a combined total of less than one-fourth of that.

Human spaceflight vehicle capable of reaching low Earth orbit commissioned and operated by the US National Aeronautics and space administration {NASA} from 1981 to 2001. There are too many space agencies working on space shuttles such as Nasa, Isro, Roscomos and so on.

ISRO "2021" MISSION

⧪ Mission Gaganyan

🔺 Planning:-

ISRO is aiming for a manned mission to space in December 2021. This will be proceeded by two an unmanned mission, slated for December 2020 and July 2021. 

ISRO got a shot in its arm with the approval of  Rs 10,000 crore budget for the human space mission recently.

The Endeavour is to build capacity for 3 people and 7 days. But since this is the first mission, we will have to see how many we can send. Those decisions made me later.

Shivan said that the agency formed a new space flight centre (HSC) which will be headed by senior scientist Unnikrishnan niar. While niar will be the director of the HSC. R Hutton had been named the project director or gaganyan.

⇒ Astronaut training:- ISRO chief K Shivan said that astronaut selection and training, which will including the establishment of some new facilities, will also take up the considerable amount of the budget.

                                  :-  There is something that needs to be done, and the aspect of the project will use up about 10% of the budget cleared for the human space mission.

                                   :- ISRO is at present in the process of creating a framework for astronaut selection and the IAM is yet to get the specifics. The IAM has already some systems have a place for astronauts selection and training.

:-  A person who travels in the space for the Indian space program that called " Vyomanaut "
            Its origins are from Sanskrit word " Vyoman " meaning sky, so Vyomnaut crudely means one who travels in the sky {intended meaning is space}.

How to become an astronaut ???

# ASTRONAUT

Basic Qualification Requirements:-

1} Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in engineering, biological science, physical science, computer science or mathematics.

2} Degree must be followed by at least 3 years of related progressively responsible, professional experience or at least 1,000 pilot-in-command times in jet aircraft. An advanced degree is desirable and may be substituted for experience as follows: Master's degree = 1 year of experiences
                                                                                Doctoral degree = 3 years of experiences
                                                                                Teaching experience at the K-Astronaut position

3} Ability to pass the NASA long-duration Astronaut physical, which includes the following specific requirements
.
* Distance and near visual activity must be correctable to 20/20, each eye. The use of glasses is acceptable.
* The refractive surgical procedures of the eye, PRK and LASIK, are allowed. Note that such surgeries are permitted, but not required for potential applicants.

  Citizenship Requirements:-

Applicants for the Astronaut candidate program must be a  citizen of the United States. Applicants with the valid U.S. dual - citizenship is also eligible.
